Six Feet Under v The West Wing Six Feet Under to receive more Emmys -½ -120
Best Actress in a Drama Series Edie Falco - The Sapranos -167 USD
Best Actor in a Drama Series James Gandolfini - The Sapranos +175 USD
Best Drama Series The Sapranos +190 USD

let's go Sapranos!

Good luck, mate.

....personally I've read such a bellyful from certain folk over at the GoldDerby forums, it's inevitably unbearable when it comes to trying to pick the likely winners.

Edie Falco looks solid (some are insisting that Jennifer Garner or Allison Janney will upset her), James Gandolfini looks likely (some fookers are saying it'll be Martin Sheen though), The Sopranos to win Outstanding Drama Series could be dodgy (some are predicting The West Wing will get a fourth Emmy).

....unless a flood of money comes into the direction of Intertops, Olympic or even at BoDog for other nominees, you shouldn't be scared.

thanks. I saw your posts over there

. I'm not giving much credence to anyone saying Falco will be upset, they're just trying to set themselves up in a "told you so!" position, and if Falco wins they won't look like fools because they were predicting an upset. I figure I've got a very good chance of Falco hitting, and a decent chance of either the best actor or maybe best drama series, so if all goes well I should end up in the black. I figure this is the year that they might feel that the Sapranos deserves a best drama nod, seing that it's never won, and what does West Wing have, like 4 of 'em already? I never watch the emmys though, I'm just going off of what other people have said on the net and T.V.

(CUE: James says nothing else.)

....I'm in the same boat as you, mate on Edie and James (but I've added Tony, Megan and Tyne as y'know. The only positives for me regarding the two ladies in the supporting categories is that the odds for them have moved in at Intertops and BoDog....if only ever so slightly.

).

I'm going to rub some stuff in their faces over there if everything goes my way tomorrow (fooking blowhards! So many of them saying "Ooooh! How brave am I for picking such-and-such!". Bunch of children. Hilary Duff Fan? *cough, spit* Priyant fooking Rana bloody Pratap? *urinates on the irritating bastard*).

* Tyne Daly wins at 6/1!

* Doris Roberts wins though instead of Megan Mullally!

....they said she might cause an 'upset'. Momentum's with Royler's picks now at this rate if GoldDerby continues to be right.

(CUE: James high-fives Oren1.)

Edie and James (and Tony) winning has put the shine on an extremely very dirty and shoddy weekend for me (Royler though won more than I did just by picking Debra Messing though!

).

* Tyne Daly?
1036316054.gif

* Edie Falco?
1036316054.gif

* James Gandolfini?
1036316054.gif

* Doris Roberts?

* Tony Shalhoub?

* The West Wing?

(unlucky there, the Emmys has a completely big hard-on for it and has so for the past 4 ceremonies now. 1 to Six Feet Under at the Creative Art Emmys, 2 to The West Wing at the Primetime Emmys. You lose your prop by a mere one-and-a-half-awards.

).

....next time, I promise I'll stop lurking at GoldDerby and post here as well (4 out of 5 for a gambler on a budget? I'm counting that as a victory, mate.).

nice night dawg. Congrats. I was hoping for that Six Feat Under win, as I fealt it might have deserved it more than West Wing, but honestly, I've never seen an episode of West Wing so what the hell do I know, heh. My biggest play was on Falco so I still had a decent night. I agree with your assessment on awards shows, so far it's been profitable.

What the hell was I thinking actually thinking of giving more money to those dumb ****s at GoldDerby?

....they can afford to ****ing upgrade themselves (all this "Boo-hoo! Give us some money! We need it!" shit.).

Haven't been there in two and a half weeks and they're still the same bunch of ****ing A-grade assholes, rip-off merchants and leeches (particularly that HDF moron who's still a ****ing troll).

**** 'em. From now on, I'll just converse with them, throw insults at a few who ****ing deserve it and make some money off their picks (that blanchardwasrobbed and AFF are also such ****ing lovesick dickheads).

I'm just so angry at that community (I've been there for around three years there and cretainly longer than most of the ****ers that make up the clientele over there and generally had a very good time until that HDF bastard turns up. ****ing fake ass child actor and stupid dumb ass leech.).

yeah, movie geeks are among the most obnoxious forum dwellers in existance. I used to get a chuckle from the idiots that post at Ain't it Cool News but now they just annoy me. The kids that play on the box office message boards are equally dumb and obnoxious. Well, some of 'em anyways. Once in a while you see something there worth while, usually not though.
